Camera help- which one is best?

I really like photography, and I want a new camera- pretty fast. I want one that has a speed shutter lens, can take macro pictures and landscape pictures, and is a good price. I know nothing can match up to a DSLR (and believe me, I want one…), but I cant get that much money so quickly, so anything under £200 is good. I’ve been looking at a few, like Nikon L110 Superzoom Digital Camera and Fujifilm FinePix S1730, but the downside is they both use AA batteries (even though I could get some lithium AA ones…) but if there are any good ones, or if you have used either of these camera’s, please help
By speed shutter, I mean being able to change the exposure time- how long the shutter is left open. If it’s left open for longer, more light will get in.

Nikon L110 is a good one Superzoom digital camera or a Nikon Coolpix P100 (but P100 is expensive than L110).
